2015年5月，華天集團增資入股深圳邁克光電，組建華天邁克光電子科技有限公司。深圳市華天邁克光電子有限公司成立于2008年2月，隸屬于華天科技股份有限公司(股票代碼002185)，是集LED封裝與照明應用于一體的國家高新技術企業。企業擁有自主創新能力的技術中心，保證公司持續健康的發展,形成了設計、研發、實驗、生產、營銷五大完整體系的價值鏈。目前華天邁克負責集團LED項目的技術、研發、市場和銷售工作。作為集團在華南的前沿陣地，對集團的信息采集，市場方向及售后服務工作肩負著重要的先導職責。

In May 2015, Huatian Group increased its capital to invest in Shenzhen Mike Optoelectronics and set up Huatian Mike Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Huatian Mike Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. was founded in February 2008. It belongs to Huatian Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code 002185). It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating LED packaging and lighting applications. Enterprise technology center with independent innovation ability, to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the company, Tianmike is responsible for the technology, research and development, market and sales of the group's LED project. As the group's frontier position in South China, it shoulders the important leading responsibility for the group's information collection, market direction and after-sales service.
